Oswaldo answered my call yesterday I explained the situation with the washer humming after I attempted to fix myself. He came out the next day after being given a time frame of 9-10, he showed up at 9:05. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the washer was reset and problem solved. $50.00 call fee which is extremely reasonable and $25.00 to fix problem. My dryer stopped spinning on the weekend but still had power. I checked with my local appliance parts dealer who is very knowledgeable. She suggested that I contact JCE Appliance Repair to have Osvaldo Diagnose the issue. I made contact with Osvaldo who was able to come out the following day. There was a $50 service charge to come out and diagnose, which I felt was reasonable. I was not home when he arrived but my wife was. Very reliable. Called them because my washer was not draining. They were there the next day, very affordable. I would definitely recommend them. They got my washer working that day.
Took some days to get some parts for our washer but it was fixed well once they were in. Technician was knowledgeable, respectful and kept us posted.
