My mother is 71 years old and disabled. Yesterday she booked a trip and return with this service, recommended by the Hilton hotel where she was staying. The driver took her to Prospect Park to an event and dropped her off, and at the end of the event, she was left outside, alone, with no return ride. I was calling from North Carolina to try and facilitate her pick up, and was hung up on NUMEROUS times by the female answering the phone.
