I needed to get a trailer home to Minnesota and I couldn't get any of the trailer lights to work. Fixed my issue same day I called and I was on the road. 10/10 would recommend to anybody in the area.
Fast knowledge service. Was needing to leave when my awning wouldn’t retract. He answered the phone and was quick to come to the rescue. I would recommend him if you’re in the Crossville area.
Jason Hill, owner (no relation), is a scam artist. Lied to us over and over. I would never recommend him.
We arrived at Spacious Skies Belle Ridge in Monterey tn. Had a driver’s side rear tire on our fifth wheel lose about 2” of tread on the inside. Called JCDA and Jason walked me through things to look for and check. After some over the phone diagnoses and a new tire we are ready to continue our trip. Awesome !!!! Problem resolved on the phone no cost to us. I would highly recommend JCDA for your Rv services.
