Terrible service. They are not clear with the price and failed to answer question.. I just got yelled at by their representative and then she hung up on me. Totally unnecessary and extremely rude .
Compagnie très malhonnête, font un service call disent au téléphone 99$ service call et 250$ si réparation. Me demandent ensuite 420$ pour 30 min d’inspection. Appareil 2017 toujours sur garantie et refuse de faire les démarches avec manufacturier pour commander les pièces. Je me suis entendu avec leur gérant sur un deal vendredi pour une réparation et achat un autre appareil, une autre personne me menace aujourd’hui d’envoyer ça en «collecte» après 2 semaines. Made an inquiry, never used their service too expensive compared to competitors. Then they solicited me once a year. I asked them to stop. They never sopped They still spam call me themselves for checkups on work they never did.
Rude and unprofessional. Called to check if they would diagnose an issues with my AC unit, and they requested 350 just to show up. I explained I'm willing to pay if they repair it but not for diagnosis only, they hanged up the phone. Red flag immediately. Stay away. Rude and disrespectful. Update: received multiple calls from them to change my review. They claimed it was a disconnection mistake.
