Carlos is a highly skilled technician. He completed all of the plumbing for our new construction home. Carlos exceeded the expectations of the high level of standards set by our village to obtain permits and pass inspections. Additionally, Carlos regularly updates his training to offer customers new, more efficient equipment and methods that become available. Pricing was always fair. Experience was always positive. Carlos is highly skilled at his craft & genuinely an all around good person. Highly recommend.
Carlos ended up sparing me a service call by providing a consultation instead which shows he was looking out for our best interest.
Since moving to our house we've had to have our outgoing drain de-rooted about once every 18 months. This time i had a plumber (not JCD) come out and assess the situation. He told me we had to replace the whole outgoing pipe, which would involve jackhammering out a large part of our driveway and sidewalk. This other plumber quoted me $18,000.00 to dig up and replace the pipe, then we'd have to find someone else to replace the concrete, probably another $5000 to $7000.
