When I called John was on his way to a call. He said to leave a voicemail and he would call me back the next morning. I left the message and he called the next morning as promised. He showed up ontime and had the problem (water leak) fixed promptly. Nice to know I now have a reliable plumber I can call when needed.
I had somewhat of an urgent matter at a tenants apartment with no hot water and John returned my call and set up an appointment for the very next day got there diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly! Extremely professional, honest and up front and will continue to use his business for any future plumbing issues I have.

John was easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. He replaced our 40 gallon natural draft gas hot water tank in just a few hours by himself and it was such a clean install it looks fantastic.
