I can’t express how fantastic JCC RESTORATION has been for my family. After a house fire last summer, JCC arrived and packed up my home. They were so incredibly helpful and considerate! Had a burst pipe during the Nashville ice storm and was referred to JCC from my insurance underwriter for emergency water mitigation. They were at my house immediately with an extremely professional crew and due to the size of my job, they were at my home for almost a week. During this extremely stressful time for my family, JCC was extremely professional and guided me through the process. I’m extremely impressed with the company - I hope I never again need their services - but if I do I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called after 5pm with septic/sewer back up in my basement. They were there that night and stayed until midnight cleaning everything up! Restoration was seamless and A+ quality and workmanship. Worked directly with insurance company and made a horrible incident a stress free experience. Highly recommend!
