Extremely disturbing experience and unacceptable treatment of tenants. My mother lives in one of the low-income properties managed by this company and her apartment has an ongoing infestation involving bed bugs, fleas, and silverfish. This issue has been reported multiple times, yet the response from management has been dismissive and ineffective. Horrible insect ridden units. Very unhelpful for tenants and the elderly. Hopefully nobody uses this place and reports them to the local news.
