JCB is the Rual King of banks. I hope they never change.
The customer service is outstanding. The bank calls me to let me know that my Ira cd is expiring and we can look into a better rate. I also came in to get a document notarized and they were very helpful.
I have had an amazing experience with this JC Bank in opening my business account. I love the community mind around the bank. All the staff was warm and welcoming as well.
It looks like a well built bank, there isn't a sign that says when it will open yet.
