They had our car in for repair 2 weeks ago said they had repaired it so picked it up less than an hour after picking it up we had broken down again same fault as before so was towed back. They now had my car for 2 weeks and can't get any simple answers just get told to phone back later they should be phoning me not me keep having to chase them
