JCB Auto is a no nonsense repair shop that cares about the quality of their work and the parts they use. I personally had an issue with a “no name brand” part that I approved for installation and it ended up DOA, manufacturers fault. The very next business day they had a better brand replacement installed and didn’t charge for the re-work. Overall a great experience with these knowledgeable and honest technicians.
Best mechanic in the area. Explained the issues and only recommend fix that is required. No upsell. If you’re a technical person, you’ll love the way Jerome explains the problem you’re having. Happy to have my Mazda 3 taken care of by Jerome.
I have always hated going anywhere to get my car looked at, worked on, etc and I don’t write reviews but Jerome gave me hope that there are some good trustworthy mechanics out there. Has done a lot of solid work for me for the past few years. There’s no bullshit with him & I won’t go anywhere else in the area.
