Jerome is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever been to and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car! He’s knowledgeable, honest, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Whether it’s a routine check up or something more serious, he gets it handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate how he shows you exactly what he did to fix the issue.
Jerome is awesome. Our backs were against the wall with a trip and our car failed inspection the day before we were supposed to leave. Jerome, who didn't do the inspection, worked until midnight to get the car ready to go for the next day's repairs. Our car is an old prius and it took a lot of elbow grease to get whatever bolts that needed to be turned loose, not to mention having to get at some difficult spots. Jerome is an excellent mechanic, he is thorough and reasonable.
Had my car die on me this morning and JCB did a fantastic job getting my car in and out quick for service. Was also very fair on rates for labor and only charged me for 30 minutes and had my car ready to go and I was still able to get to work today. Highly recommend!
