They know what’s up! I’m really glad I came to JCB Auto — they first did a thorough PPI for me at a reasonable price and told me everything I should know about my car. Ever since then, whenever something’s wrong, I take it to Jerome. And Wayne is also great! You can just tell they really care. They also did a really good job with the Fluid Film. JCB helped me out big time - a funky noise started in my car late in the day and, while they didn’t have availability in the garage, were able to take the car for a spin, check it out on the ground, and let me know it was not an urgent repair. Thanks, JCB!
They did a good job fluid filming but charged more than they estimated ($828), did an entire job without changing the wire I could have gotten in a couple days which was the point of having the work done and told me I needed brakes when I didn't.
