Very satisfied! I got my NBI Clearance after a little more than a month but could’ve been earlier if not for an issue out of their control. There was an issue (which isn’t JCA’s fault) with my address being wrong in my initial NBI clearance and I asked JCA to remediate it and they did it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend their service if you want to get your NBI Clearance with little stress and as quick as possible. Also shoutout to Mark for being so helpful!
