Before making the payment, all of my emails were answered very quickly. However, after I sent the e-Transfer, communication became extremely poor. I sent multiple follow-up emails, and it took nearly two weeks to receive a single reply. I also made several phone calls. Each time, I was simply told that my message would be passed along, but nothing was resolved and no meaningful update was provided. I requested my refund approximately three weeks ago.
