Very high quality electrical contractor and a good contact to have for anything emergency work or commercial service work related. Our site lost power during the night and we had called several local contractors for assistance; JCA being the only contractor who confirmed they could send somebody in a reasonable timeframe after briefly diagnosing the issue over the phone with onsite maintenance staff. Jarek, Ross and Greg have all worked on my electrical job, as I am adding an apartment to my basement. They were all friendly, super professional, arrived in a timely manner, completed all work neatly and kept me informed as to progress. However, there was a significant difference in the price quoted- it was MUCH higher. When I questioned it, I was asked if I understood how tax worked. I know that it did not account for the extra thousands added to my bill.

We did a home renovation which included the kitchen. Ross was the electrician. He was very punctual, polite and pleasant to work with. He is very safety conscious and he was a good listener and modified things as needed. We were very happy with his work and would gladly hire him again.
