I purchased a vehicle from Hunter @ JCA Auto Sales on 3/28 and was told I would receive my veteran plate in the mail. After weeks with no plate, I messaged multiple times for an update and received no response. I eventually contacted my county clerk’s office and learned a plate had been issued in April but never received by me. When I finally spoke with the dealership, I was told it was mailed on April 7th. Every vehicle I bought from here has blown up before it's even been paid off. First 2 vehicles we purchased had issues with that engine and the transmission within the first 2 weeks of owning the car .
My wife purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango over the weekend. Put under 200 miles on it. It was on fire this morning. Thankfully no one was hurt. The vehicle had a switch wired wrong to the heater that caused the fire. The owner stated it shouldn't have been wired that way. He also stated we need to file a insurance claim. Sorry but my insurance company isn't going to be responsible for something that the dealership knew was wired wrong and them knowing about it. Stay away from this dealership. This place is a scam. They listed a truck for sale for $10,200 that had a purchase history of being sold 4 months ago for $37,000. When I questioned the cost and asked to see the vehicle, they said that they only do online work and I can’t go see it. Do not give these people any account information. Do not buy anything online from them.
