Went and got a car from them after mine blew up on me and they sold us a car that broke down as soon as we left the dealership, they did fix that problem saying that it was on them they knew the issue was there and it had been in the shop but wasn't got to yet when they thought it was so we over looked that and then as the months go by we still have no tags or license plate for the vehicle contacting them only getting told it was in the hands of the clerk then as several more months go by they then tell us that it is a paper... read more
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. They repoed my car and stated I was behind on payments whenever I wasn’t! whenever I called them to figure out what was going on. They said “ oh you aren’t behind on payments “. Then had the nerve to say you have to come up here to grab your vehicle. Fast-forward, they eventually brought the vehicle to me! therefore I went ahead and paid the vehicle off, but this company is refusing to give me the green release!!!!! and every time I call them, they send me to voicemail!!!! I would not recommend anyone to go to this car lot. I had went to them on July 5 and traded in my escape and he put me in a 2014 Town & Country the transmission was up in the Dash cost didn’t work and it had electrical problem. He then had me to bring it back and he gave me a 2011 Ford edge The overheated And needed a water pump of the subframe was broken too. I had a lot of issues the computer was going out in it.
