We're new to the area and chose JC Warner from recommendations and online ratings. Shawn came out and did our initial maintenance/service visit. He was prompt, courteous, polite, and did the service quickly and efficiently. After he was done he gave me a complete rundown of our systems, and explained a couple of issues and gave us options and estimates for the repairs. Very pleased with the work and Shawn as the service tech.
Wyatt was incredibly fast, efficient, friendly, informative and fun to talk to. He is a great representative of the company.
