I am deeply disappointed with the way Jake Baker treated my small family business during one of the most painful and challenging times of our lives. Unfortunately, my experience with Jake was very difficult. He sent in an ECM that arrived already damaged and unusable. I diagnosed the issue at no charge and kept him updated as best I could during a time of personal hardship — including a miscarriage and serious illness in my family. Despite not charging him a dime, he became increasingly hostile and impatient, even though I explained the situation and delays honestly.
