We setup traffic control on surface roads along with highway lane closures. We have also installed minor road closures to major closures involving helicopter lifts which require massive detours to be installed. Our customers are important to us and we take any complaint seriously and if necessary will replace an individual tech or the whole crew if necessary to ensure any complaints are resolved to our customers satisfaction. My experience with this company happened when I was leaving from home in a rush and by accident hit one of his trucks; embarrassed to talk with the owner of this company and he told me that he will check how bad I had hit his truck, I waited for a couple days and he said I don’t have to worry everything is fine, I even offered a gift certificate and he said it wasn’t necessary; so I have to say that these days is difficult to find honest people that don’t want to take advantage from others.
