Jose and the guys are fantastic. I go there for all my auto repairs ( often too many). Fair pricing and extremely knowledgable.
Used them a few times with no issues. They seemed like a honest, family owned place. Then they started over charging me for basic maintenance stuff. Dishonest dealing is how you easily lose customers. Honest dealing is how you, not only keep customers, but gain new ones thru word of mouth.
Always trusted. But they took advantage of my trust. Try too charge me 500$ for a battery, that they never replaced. Cause two different "mechanics " wrote or told . One said yes we replaced battery, other one said we did not. I had to prove , send pictures, battery was not replaced. I knew this cause I bought a brand new battery 3 weeks prior from East Moriches Auto. ( great people BTW, prices a little bit highers, but service , n shopping locally is big.
