Bought a 2001 Bmw x5 (suv) and my handle fell off, I was having a terrible week and being locked out of my car added to it. Everyone else wanted 80-150$ to unlock the door I called up JC security did it for 40$ and got it open in 5 seconds, handle is completely broken off but that was my fault, took him an hour to get there because of other clients but 100000% recommend these services for anyone locked out of there car/house the guy was very understanding and still unlocked the car even tho I was at work. 10/10 would recomme... read more
I called them to get an estimate for a new fob for my vehicle. They were willing to help me out the day of, albeit with a different fob without the remote start feature my old one had. If I wanted the same one, I would have had to wait a few days to order it. I needed it sooner rather than later, and ended up going with a different service. I'm giving five starts for excellent communication, and the person I spoke with, Brad, was not pushy. Brad did an excellent job at getting my family and I into our home. Realizing that I had the wrong set of keys on hand, I made a phone call to JC Security and Brad was over in less than 20 minutes, and we were in our home within 5 minutes of him arriving. It also helps that he was able to create us an extra set of keys on the spot to avoid future incidents like this. Thank you for your help Brad!
Brad was wonderful when I locked the keys in at a family member's chemo appointment. 13 minutes from the time I placed the call to the vehicle being open. This was so appreciated, because we had already been there for appointments and infusion for 4 hours. When asked how much we owed, he asked if we were at the Cancer Center for someone. We said yes, and he said "no charge, have a great day". So kind. 💕
