I just want to thank.you , Josh fir troubleshooting our rv fridge over the phone. Between my hubby following your directions you are confident on what it is required to fix the problem. We are even able to purchase the part needed from him. You truly rock and are No 1 in our books. If you require Josh's help, give him a call.
We were set to enjoy a 5 day camping trip when my batteries drained down so quick the first night. I was not able to run my CPAP machine which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. I called Josh and he came the very same day and solved the problem with a new converter... THEN.. the same thing happened that night .. I called Josh and he came right away and found that my batteries were also dying... (3 out of 6 cells dead).. He replaced the batteries the same day.. Josh was definitely a godsend for us today!!! We had 2 different water issues he took care of and fixed our fridge! We also put our old battery back in 12 volt as we were sold a 6 volt that we just hooked up. We were unaware that hooking up a 6 volt is extremely dangerous and could have lead to a very bad accident! We are more than thankful for Josh!! Josh did an amazing job finding the source of my rv water leak and was able to completely restore the flooring to make it good as new again! Amazing workmanship and communication. He's your go to repair guy in the Shuswap. Highly recommended.
Somethings changed. I've used jc rv ..5 star. However, I made an appt in March for May 6 2024. I called just confirming, got the answering machine.left a message. No one called back. The next day I got a text saying that they couldn't help me?
