A big thank you to Josh from JC RV Services. Our fridge stopped working right in the middle of our 2-month trip. We contacted JC RV Services through Messenger on a Sunday afternoon and immediately received a message saying that Josh would contact us Monday morning. At 8:00 a.m. on Monday, Josh reached out to me on Messenger to get more details, and by 9:00 a.m. he was already at our campsite. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, kind and fair pricing? Look no further. Josh went above and beyond, we asked him to fix problems he could see that we could not( very trustworthy) and just bill us. He did not take advantage . I will use Josh in the future. He does great work

Josh & Jenelle have gone above & beyond for us. We had a new destination trailer delivered May 2025 and in short time there was 30+ items that needed attention. We were made a priority and they help expedite the process to ensure we were taken care of. Josh is always pleasant and very knowledgeable about any situation thrown at him. Great service, excellent communication and competitive rates. A rare find in the Shuswap.
