Easy 5 stars! I called JC Rego for a second opinion and John was able beat the price of the competitor and took care of us within a few days of us calling. It wasn’t an easy job given the tight area in the attic but John took care of the large repair in 2 hours. It’s working good as new. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service when our freezer went out on a late Friday afternoon. So glad he could come out to my rescue and he continued to help while waiting for the part to come in. Also, the office assistant, Sherry, was very sympathetic and inderstanding.
