I had a 12v conversion kit installed by an rv repair company here in Phoenix, the company failed warranty their work. The unit was determined to be faulty after working with Myron over the phone. They sent out a new one immediately and I with some help, installed it. It works wonderfully. Thank you Myron
I had an issue with my 12v insert on my Norcold refrigerator installed by JC refrigeration. I left a message solace they were closed. JC contacted me before they opened the next morning. They walked me through troubleshooting and I was able to fix the problem. I with all companies were behind their products. Thank you for the help!

We are full time RV'ers. 6 years running, and the last thing we need is a fridge that will not cool, is too small and no way to keep ice-cream handy. We were done with our norcold fridge. JC Refrigeration/ Adventure RV set us up with a 2419 Dutchaire 12 volt refrigerator in July 2024. The install and customer support have been great. Our fridge works perfectly. The superior service we received in such a beautiful and pristine town was phenomenal! These guys really are great. They even loaned us a couple of e-bikes to explore this amazing town. It was fabulous.
