There is a reason these guys have a 5 star rating!!! My 20 year old norcold 1200 has never worked properly since I purchased our monaco coach a few years ago. I figured out ways to get it to limp along but finally got fed up with it on the last trip out and ordered JCs 12V dual compressor unit the minute we returned home. I want to thank Myron and Aaron for getting me in to do a diagnostic test on one of there cooling units for our norcold 1210 propane & Electric. It was not cooling consistently like we thought it should long story short the unit was not installed properly by a rv tech we used at home. After a few adjustments we are golden. Hats of to these guys for there flexibility to have us come in to check it out.
I wish I could give this company a million stars! We went to see them to have a new motor installed in our motorhome's refrigerator as a preventive measure. Everyone there went above and beyond in helping us achieve our goals. We are so thrilled with the results, and our refrigerator works perfectly, and we're sure it will continue to do so for years to come! Thanks to all involved in helping us. We appreciate everyone's help, excellent knowledge, and superior workmanship!
Great product! The RV fridge never got so cold!! Relatively easy at home installation.
We were so impressed, knowledgeable diagnoses and repair, and if you need it, a great product, a welcoming, and friendly owner and staff. Very helpful and accommodating, they have some overnight spaces for early morning appointments. We had a 12 volt refrigerator kit installed on our 2005 Norcold RV Fridge. It took them 2 hours from the back in to the bay, until I drove it out. Refrigerator works so well now, so happy we went there to have them install it.
