I love this place! I love the system too. More trash cans would be nice. I pick up trash when I see it.
One of the best collections of hardy plants in the whole State.

The Arboretum is one of my go-to places for a daily dose of beauty. Regardless of the season, there is always natural beauty that speaks to the heart and soothes the spirit. During the last year's of my mother's life when she had to be hospitalized, I could steal away for a few minutes if respite in these beautiful surroundings and go back refreshed and ready to be of service to my mother again. I will always be grateful.

This is one of my favorite places in Raleigh! I have enjoyed strolling through this magical garden for many years, with friends, my husband, my children, my grandchildren, and often all by myself! ❤️
The light display was very nice tonight and I also enjoy the summertime flowers here.
