Waste of time. The owner agreed to a price, dropped the car off, the owner changed their mind afterwards and we had to find another place to fix the car.

Towed in ICBC claim customer for body shop and mechanics shop. Guys are organizated good, with positive energy and great knowledge of vehicles. It's bit crowded, so appointment is recommended. My recommendation for this service.

I had an exceptional experience with JC Pro Auto Repair Ltd. from start to finish. Right from the beginning, Jacky Chen provided me with a quick and accurate estimate. Once they secured approval from ICBC, Jackie promptly arranged for me to bring in my car for repairs, assuring me that it would take just three working days and that I would receive a courtesy car in the meantime.
