Terrible service. Dropped the van in while I went away in March. They sorted out a hire car to use until repairs were done (estimated time was 2 weeks). 2 months go by and still nothing done, the hire car company had to take the car back as the time limit was reached. So I went back and got my van to drive until it is ready to be worked on. It’s now mid July still nothing. Won’t answer phone calls or messages either. Absolutely ridiculous. I brought my car here with little damage (as seen on the picture) 21 October 2024 Jimmy told me it will be ready in 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks since then I’ve listened to the same story and it’s full of excuses.Today is the 26 February 2025 and it’s the same. My neighbour has had the same problem. He has the car there for year with a scratch, same story. If you ask when it is ready he’s got attitude and rude behaviour. Simply go somewhere else, not worth it. Professional, reliable and meticulous service. This was the second time I’ve had to use JC Prestige and once again I was super impressed with the service from the very first interaction. I dont ever ‘review’ but I had to make a point of reviewing this one.
