Absolutely ridiculous. I brought my car here with little damage (as seen on the picture) 21 October 2024 Jimmy told me it will be ready in 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks since then I’ve listened to the same story and it’s full of excuses.Today is the 26 February 2025 and it’s the same. My neighbour has had the same problem. Professional, reliable and meticulous service. This was the second time I’ve had to use JC Prestige and once again I was super impressed with the service from the very first interaction. I dropped my car in to get some scratches looked at, expecting that I would need to leave my car with them for the day. When I pulled up, someone was there greeting me right away, they took a look at the issues and fixed up my car right there! Really amazing service and the team is so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated what they did for me and I'll definitely be back if I have more issues with my car!
