I have used JC Pools for the past three years for pool maintenance and any repair work that was needed. I have always found Juan to be easily accessible, dependable, fair pricing, does excellent work and easy to work with. I would highly recommend his company.
Completely Unprofessional – Worst Pool Service Ever I hired Juan Osunas expecting professional pool maintenance, but the service was a complete disaster. He was consistently rushed for scheduled visits, often showing up days later than promised without any communication. I had to continuously remind him he had missed days or hadn’t showed that week. We have used JC pools for over five years. Best service around. Very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and needed parts. My pool looks great all year long!!! Would definitely recommend. Happy Swimmer🏖
Quit in the middle of June with no warning. Never added enough chlorine to keep the pool clean. I do not recommend.
