Great serice and friendly informed staff
I had day off from work waiting for service at 11 am then They changed to 2 pm after 2 pm I called them they said definitely coming at 3 pm but they didn’t come. I left home they came at 3:41 pm without asking me went to my house backyard and left the gate door open and my cat left home. I checked my house cameras he only been in my house for 3 minutes and only add some color and left and charged me full service $275. The pool still dirty not vacuumed and the basket full trash. Very very upset from this service
Very Unprofessionals, charged a lot and didn't finished the job. Criticised the house and treated us badly over the phone. Totally a rip off. Total Waste of time.
Unprofessional and racist attitude. Just drives around and drops invoice of "client not present" without even taking effort to press call bell or call customer. To add to it , no apologies for wasting customer time. This is the 2nd time and despite after multiple follow-up.
always professional always helpful and always willing to explian anything that is needed. Great people working there
