I called to book a full service and was told it was $120 just to have a look however online it states details of a full service .I was then told it was $110 for 45mins which is not advertised and is misleading and ambigous. I expected to pay extra for chemicals etc , however the lack of clarity in communication of the service to be provided and the price has left me with feelings of mistrust and I did not go ahead .I took a screen shot of the online information however I cannot upload here as it only allows photos

I needed to have my Dolphin s 250 repaired and phone JC Pool Services at Fairfield and phoned them about this. I did this on Friday the 27th of September they told me to bring it in the next day, but did not promise anything. I took it in the next day the 28th, which was AFL Grand Final day. They seemed busy when I took it in and said they would take a look at it. They phoned me back within two hours and told me they had already fixed it and it was ready to take home.
