Customer service needs some attention: - Firstly, they took weeks to respond to my initial request to start servicing my pool - with ZERO communication from them apart from my multiple follow-up phone calls and emails. - then they misunderstood my request to FILL the existing 60 litre drums of chlorine and acid. Somehow that was interpreted to 'leave 60 litres of each regardless of how much was in the drums". The pump was put back together wrong by JC Pools and burnt out - ring broken no responsibility taken - Carol the owner is Rude none caring - Came on to my property without my knowledge and took the pump away, then quoted $1100 replacement - refused to return pump - I had to call Wishart JC to get it back as the owner Carol would not answer my calls or emails My plumber replaced with new pump on a Saturday for $800.00. Go to Bunnings for supplies as I have and much cheaper.
Went to JC Pool Services to get my Dolpin cleaner repaired. Thinking it was going to cost me a fortune as usual. The guy behind the counter took a look and discoverd the fault and fixed it for me in 10 mins - Total charge was $11.85. Excellent service.
WORST POOL SERVICE EVER! Went through their Fairfield shop. Did a terrible job and when confronted with the evidence of the poor work they got very aggressive and argued. I pointed out I had photos of the terrible work they did and what they did not do and sudden ly they increased the quote from $100 to an invoice of nearly $500. DO NOT USE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
