Called them out for an estimate based on references. Came out quick but I had to leave work early, which was fine because plumbing is needed with a gutted bathroom remodel. Never gave a price or estimate of any sort. Frustrating to take time off and hear nothing. If you don’t want the project let me know and move on
JC Plumbing has always done a good job for us. Andrew is very professional and helpful in explaining our options and offering helpful suggestions. Even our Kitchen and bathroom contractor commented on how good their work is.
Carlos and his team did an excellent job with my plumbing ( replaced all galvanized pipes and drains). I was always informed of when they would show up- and they were on time everyday. The job took 3 days, they cleaned up everyday! They were all pleasant and tolerated my endless questions. Carlos did not try to upsell me on anything and was wonderful at explaining why I did or didn’t need something. I have already recommended him to family in the area and would definitely use this company again.
JC Plumbing did a full repipe of our home and was fantastic from start to finish. Their price and lead time was very competitive and the office staff was friendly and made scheduling easy. Most of all, Carlos was exceptional. He was professional, considerate, communicative every step of the way, and did quality work with his partner. I’ll definitely have JC out next time the need arises.
