They always kept us waiting for more than an hour past the scheduled time. This messes up our whole schedule! Please be more more considerate of our time!!!
Dr.Jean-Charles Gutteridge is simply the best, I wasn't even a patient, I came with someone else and he answered all my questions in lay men terms. His professionalism was outstanding, if I didn't already have a primary care doctor I would choose Dr Gutteridge and his associates . Keep up the good work JC MEDICAL TEAM
Very unorganized. Paper I received was missing physical measurements. Not professional. One star.They don't give you what you ask for ,you feel like they are not listening you. If it was possible a would gave 0 stars

Finally happy to see good changes with new staff and management. Providers are always nice and highly professional and that's one of the reason I will always stay with them.
