Reuben and the rest of Jay's team get a 5 star from me. Always fair and thorough and eager to help fix the problem I came in for. They are very busy and can't always fit you in right away for repairs BUT that tells you something, standup team and will make every effort for me. Great job JC, satisfied customer!!!

Terrible service. I do not recommend JC Lube. I went in to get my A/C fixed, and less than a week later, I had to go back twice because the issue still wasn’t resolved. The mechanic told me I needed a new A/C condenser, so I paid for it — even a little more than expected — thinking it would finally fix the problem. After the so-called “fix,” the A/C completely stopped blowing. I went back again two days later when I had time, only to find out there were more problems that were missed the first time.
