I dealt with the owner but failed to get his name. I found him to be very friendly, courteous, competent and honest. I went in there fully expecting an 8 or 900.00 bill (for tie rods) but was told a simple alignment should do the fix . They did it immediately and for less money than anyone else. Honesty and professionalism like that deserves my repeat business and I thus I highly recommend these guys.

Called this place to arrange an appointment for an alignment. The guys said bring in the car. When I asked how long it would take, he said 45 min. I asked casually if he has an alignment machine (laser alignment) or does he do a manual alignment. He started freaking out on me, making accusations against me then hung up. I was on the phone with him literally 30 seconds. Are customers who are dishing out money not allowed to ask questions? Or does he expect everything to bow their head in front of him and hand over their cash?... read more
