This is such a helpful, responsive business! Our shade in our front living room broke and they came out very quickly to go over options. We decided to try and repair the window shade and they took care of the shipping the SAME day we brought it to the store. Everyone has been so wonderful to deal with. We wish more businesses were like this one!
