Staff was very helpful. Placed order at the counter and was on my way quickly.
I needed motorized shades for some very high windows in my living room, which has a 16 foot ceiling. I went to the J C Licht store in Wheaton, which is also a Hunter Douglas showroom. At the store, Isa was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me choose some possibilities. She set me up with Jennifer, another design consultant, who came to my house and helped figure out exactly what would work best for the room. Jennifer really knows her stuff! We have used JC Licht Wheaton in March and April ‘26 and a few times before for window coverings. Always happy and satisfied with the designer work, instillation, and follow up when something with product was not right. Our designer was Jennifer K and installer was Rick. Both professional and friendly.
