Luzbeth is phenomenal! I had an Amp Speaker that is battery powered, but the battery slot was unable to be opened because I stripped the screws, oops lol I brought it in and Luzbeth showed me the screws I needed to complete the job, but also took it upon herself to do it!! After she was finished, in only 15 minutes mind you, she showed me which tools she used, and even showed me where I could find more batter for my speaker. First time at this location and will definitely be back!
Shout-out to Nate at JC Licht True Value. Nate was exceptional—kind, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with my many questions and requests. At a time when genuine customer service can feel rare, his professionalism truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, he was engaged, proactive, and focused on making sure I left with exactly what I needed. He absolutely restored my faith in outstanding customer care, and he deserves recognition for representing JC Licht so well. Employees like Nate are the reason customers return.
Very disappointed in my experience here today.Needed a battery for my car key fob.I waited in line not knowing where I would get batteries when I approached the counter and asked employee he pointed to display of batteries and told me I could find battery there.I had to kneel down on the floor to look for what I needed and retrieve it..As senior that was hard to do.I asked if he could help me replace the battery.The little help I received I felt was done so reluctantly.I hope that this person never has his mother or if he ha... read more
