Needed a blind over a foyer window. Went to the local JC Licht and store spoke with the sales person who referred me to a company representative The representative set up an in home appointment. A salesperson came out, did an excellent job in helping us select the blind It was delivered a little later than we thought, but was installed and working properly. The Installer explained the operation in deatail. We are very satisfied with this transaction and the service received.
We had a wonderful experience with JC Licht. George was an experienced designer who brought us great samples and his measurements were spot on. Rob installed them quickly and professionally. We are very please with the price, quality and service. Will definitely use them again.
Experience was great. From the sales rep to the installer and the scheduler. Product is awesome.
Excellent sales representative! Also, of equal importance was the installer, who did a fantastic job. I would definitelhy recommend them.
