Just bought the vehicle...within 30 days...key fob acts up and vehiclpulls to the right..... "Bring it in, we'll give you a loaners....appointment confirmed for tomorrow with a LOANER....." GUESS who they made WAIT for over 40 minutes...... And to the lady who is passive aggressive, the front the lady desk doesn't seem like a mechanic to go take the car for a drive and see.... or trouble shoot the key fob....I don't want tech support. ..I want yall to fix it.....
This has been the first time I have ever been pleasantly surprised at the service department of a dealership. The warranty work was done efficiently and I didn't have to wait 4 hours. The waiting area was comfortable, quiet and I was able to get lost in a book for a little while. Everyone was professional and I even got a video of the work done afterwards. Kudos to JC Lewis Mazda's team. I won't dread going to appointments here.
My college student son was driving from central FL to SC when his Mazda started displaying engine warnings. He had it towed to JC Lewis Mazda, but since it was 8pm, they were closed for the night. In the morning I spoke with Steven to explain the situation. He made me feel very comfortable that he would take care of the car and ensure that my son could get home safely. I cannot thank Steven enough for his help.
Today was my first visit to this dealership. The service was exceptional. From Vicki making my appointment to meeting Teresa , Steven Malarky, Dave Ditman,Valarie and Steve Scarano. All were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The service to my Mazda was efficient and they were very helpful in suggesting future maintenance. I highly recommend this business. Thank you!
