This is the worse service i have ever have. It is impossible to talk to the general manager of the jC Lewis car dealership who sold me the car and the service people told me my car would not be repaired on time. I told them not to start until they had all the part. They did! I hear they are closing down the facility. I understand why. Please don’t take your car there, you’ll be sorry!
Donald and Jordan are phenomenal! They were both welcoming and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely.
I took my car in on Dec. 1, 2025. Service person was very dismissive from the beginning, only reminding me of the over $265 diagnostic fee. I Pointed out I do have warranty. He said well third party warranty don't always cover. Not I will see let me present it.However I gave him the information to at least check and see.My vehicle was there a day over a week. The service coordinator we were given was dismissive, rude, talked down to my wife, and we had to remind her 3 times why our vehicle was there for. And she lied and said everything was addressed when it wasn't.
