My vehicle stalled on the interstate and was towed to this dealership. I called the JC Lewis dealership when they opened and informed them that I was stranded. When I did not hear back later that day, I called again and was told that it was irrelevant to them that I was stranded and their scheduled appointments to precedent over what they considered a "walk-in". Bate and switch
Absolute worst customer service of any dealership I've ever gone to. I don't even know why they call it a "quick lane." Why even have appointments? You'll sit there for over 45 minutes and your car doesn't move. People ahead dropped their car off hours before they came back to find they didn't even start. What's their solution? To ask if you can bring it back tomorrow. Nope, won't bring it back again. Never have we come here and had our oil changed in under an hour with an appointment.
