Made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced sat there for an hour and found out they hadn’t even looked at my truck yet, told me it was going to be another hour. I asked what the appointment was even for then, she said it was just to take down your information. Horrible way to do business I told them don’t touch the tires and left.
Vehicle recall repair. Staff was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend dealership for vehicle service.
