They have added an AI (artificial intelligence) person to answer service calls. It routinely sends a person to the wrong person, fails to send the person, fails to do the requested action, such as change a service date, or just disconnects or leaves you in limbo. I tested this by performing over 20 calls from various numbers, so as for them not to be able to track. 80% were failures in one way or another. Performed work done after explicitly stating I did not want it done. Charged $1k for work I did not authorize. Also they never answer, you have to go there in person to discuss your vehicle being held hostage there for weeks. I’d rather drive to Augusta, Baxley or SC then ever use them again. Really disappointed in them.
They won’t even answer the phone
