Just wanted to give a big thank you to JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville for the mobile service I had done on my Bronco Sport. I emailed them to schedule an oil change on Tuesday evening, got a call back first thing Wednesday morning from Ki in the service department, she explained the way it worked and we scheduled it for the next day. Took my 2024 Maverick in for 1st "the works"oil change, by appointment and the service was fantastic! Great waiting area, kept completely informed, received a video of service upon completion as well as a complementary wash! Very reasonable prices. I will be back for all of my future vehicle needs.

When I got my oil change, the service department expressed concerns about my exhaust system. I scheduled the service and, at the same time, gave a list of concerns that I had, and I spoke with Eric in the service department. I received a call that they had a loaner and the parts last week. Upon getting my car back yesterday, I was advised that parts were not in, and I again would have to wait for the loaner and service to be completed. Took my 2018 escape in for a recall. Figured I could get a new key since I only had one. Key fob cost 256$ and was also charged 100$ labor for them to “beep..boop..beep” my clicker (which probably took a few seconds). Oh wait there’s more. 15$ charge for shop supplies. Cool, get that whole hand in my pocket there might still be some loose change to take.
