Absolutely pissed at the J.C. Lewis Ford Hinesville service side. Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love my sales guy but he isn’t the issue. It’s the damn service side. I have spent so much money with them over the last 5 years. We had an appt scheduled for today for DeMarcus McCorkle truck. He gets there and Richard was like there isn’t no appt for y’all’s truck. Just wanted to give a big thank you to JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville for the mobile service I had done on my Bronco Sport. I emailed them to schedule an oil change on Tuesday evening, got a call back first thing Wednesday morning from Ki in the service department, she explained the way it worked and we scheduled it for the next day. Thursday morning, the tech, Ron shows up and takes care of everything just as we talked about. Took my 2024 Maverick in for 1st "the works"oil change, by appointment and the service was fantastic! Great waiting area, kept completely informed, received a video of service upon completion as well as a complementary wash! Very reasonable prices. I will be back for all of my future vehicle needs.
