I realized I have posted the review for the Savannah shop and that's not where I had my truck serviced. I did it in the Hinesville shop so I wanted to update my review to the correct location. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at J.C. Lewis Ford. I brought my $80,000 Ford F-150 in because it has a rough idle between 650 and 700 RPMs, and the service advisors dismissed it, saying, “That’s just how the engine is.” They looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t offer any real solutions. Absolutely pissed at the J.C. Lewis Ford Hinesville service side. Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love my sales guy but he isn’t the issue. It’s the damn service side. I have spent so much money with them over the last 5 years. We had an appt scheduled for today for DeMarcus McCorkle truck. He gets there and Richard was like there isn’t no appt for y’all’s truck.
