I'm a property management company. Hired JC Landscaping again. The tree is just over 23 feet tall. In the HOA community, trimming it to 8 feet avoids needing HOA approval or a permit. Cutting down the 15-foot section and dealing with its fall is still dangerous. Jesse did an excellent job again, taking two truckloads of debris to the dump. He offers other landscape services at affordable prices. Highly recommended!

I'm a property manager for many rental houses. I'm always on the properties for every project contractors perform. I hire Jessie - JC Landscaping - for 1 tree removal and 1 big tree trimming with very long (25'+) branches grown over the roof. These branches were safety hazards and very likely will break during the winter season and cause roof damage or injure tenants. Very important that I hired a contractor with all the safety following.
