sent two leather jacket to J C Kleen on 6 October 2022 and 13 October 2022 .Was Notified by the Owner on 7 November 2022 that the Van and Jackets , has been Stolen , and have not been reimbursed or got any correspondence sense from the owner, the cost of the two was $2200.00.
This business lost a vintage alpaca rug that my daughter had since she was a young girl. After multiple conversations, I have not gotten a response. This has been many months of trying to solve this terrible problem. They have not offered me any compensation or response to what they are doing to try and find this special rug. They also have not responded to the cleaners who sent my rug to them for special cleaning. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything.
