Son unos ladrones , lleve una cadena a reparar pero estaba enredada con otra, las chicas me dijeron q me ayudarían al regresar me dijeron q no se podía, resulta q le quitaron los broches a las dos cadenas mis cadenas son de 18k.😡😡😡😡 ese sr qué es el que repara es un Triple HP
Fui a que me repararan el seguro de una cadenita de oro y el señor que según la reparó le quito piezas y eslabones, en ese lugar roban.
DO NOT RECOMMEND getting anything replaced/ fixed here they will steal pieces from your jewelry!! And when confronted NICELY about it they had the audacity to be rude and say it’s not true..
Don’t go here for any service!! They steal from their customers and they have the worst customer service. When confronted about missing gold, they rudely kicked us out. This place will be reported and action will be taken accordingly.
Bad service when I went to get my chain they took gold off it and when I went to say they took gold off they treated me with bad respect,told me to leave in a rude way.Not a good place to get jewelry fixed or buy gold.
