My husband and I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the Carpet 1 people. From the time our four rooms were measured for carpet and tile flooring everything went smooth. The carpet layer did a wonderful job laying the carpet in our bedroom. He was fast but very efficient. The two fellows who put our flooring in the other three rooms were prompt getting here and worked hard for four day putting my beautiful new flooring in. We are really pleased with how everything turned out.

I was very satisfied with the flooring installation in my home. They arrived when they said and let me know when they were leaving. They always communicated with me during the installation. They were very conscience of my furniture and personal items and always cleaned up when they left. I felt confident leaving when they were here. I will definitely use them again. My only disappointment was that I couldn't have my carpet near my sliding door returned to it's original method of installation without an additional charge.

JC Jacobs Carpet One was so great to work with. Robert was helpful in measuring my rooms, Yvette was very informative and knowledgeable regarding colors that would go well with my flooring and Rick was so awesome installing the carpet. He was fast and efficient. I am very pleased with the staff and the work done.

I had to redo some Sheetrock that was soft in my basement. The. I had to rip up the old carpet. Then carpet one was able to come install a remnant I picked out of the store the next day. It was beautifully laid and he evened up the floor before he installed it. I would recommend Carpet One for any room in my house. I love my new carpet
