Rick, who came up to measure our home was really friendly, knowledgeable and had our quote to us very quick. Once I placed our order they gave us a time of installation and they stuck to it. The installer was great and I am very happy with the looks of our new carpet. The reason I gave a 3 star review is because I requested to have the pad upgraded in two rooms and paid a bit extra up front to cover the cost of it.
