Came on an emergancy call to a toilet flooding through the floor boards. Engineer said he needed parts, but failed to isolate the toilet leading to another flood downstairs. I called to ask him to come back and fix it, and he said we’ll be there in the morning - not what you expect when you’re scooping water out of your back doors. Another engineer came to fix the toilet, however, today we woke up to the same issue and another wreck downstairs and in the bathroom.

Amazing service today when our boiler went down on a Bank Holiday Monday! Cannot reccomend J&C enough!
