I came here based on the reviews and I must say the reviews say a lot of good things my hair turned out okay, but the guy who was doing my hair was so rude maybe it was bad day for him.
I went in to find something for a plus size individual, went to the plus size department, they didn’t have hardly anything for the plus size individuals. They items they had were for older older people, highly priced. And nothing for individuals who are in their forties or fifties that are more in their style. No sale items. Really nothing. Nothing to choose from. I was highly disappointed. I always respected JCPENNEYS but today I was shocked, I couldn’t believe what I walked into.
Im incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to Jc Hair Salon. To be completely honest, my experience was awful, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I expected way better treatment than what I actually received. The lack of professionalism was really frustrating, and it completely ruined my experience. I really hope you look into how your staff treats customers, because nobody should leave a salon feeling this frustrated. I'd like to hear back from someone in management about how this will be handled.
An incident occurred at a barbershop involving a young child and the owner it was not with me I had a good experience and I do not come here often so I don't know the owner's name, but I watched from the corner and the situation began during a routine haircut when the child attempted to show the barber a reference photo to better explain the style he wanted. The child appeared to be calmly communicating his preferences, as he was dissatisfied with how the haircut was progressing. The barber became agitated. His tone escalate... read more
