I bought my golf cart less than a year ago and I gave them an awesome review thinking that these guys were on our side and helping us out don’t be fooled. I was told my car had warranty from front to back as long as it was before a year. I left out of town for a month at the time I got back. This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I gave them opportunity after opportunity to do right by me. I would have given them 0 stars if could. Here's my story and hopefully they don’t con anyone else: I paid them to completely rebuilt my golf cart a 2007 Club Cart Precedent. They promised me it would be ready in 3 months. This business has zero business etiquette and professionalism. For one We were looking for a gas golf cart when the rental came we were giving an electric then was told at the meet up that they were sold out of all gas. That’s why they provided me an electric. if you know, you offer two different types of golf carts, gas and electric you should always state Would you like gas or electric whether either one is sold out or not just to clarify what your clientele or client really wants. I recently had my golf cart serviced by JC Golf Cart Rental and Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They replaced the batteries and went above and beyond by explaining in detail everything else that needed attention on the cart. Be aware!!!!!!!! They charge me $3600. They don’t honor warranty. It took them almost a year to Repaire my golf cart back and it’s still not running correctly The battery is less than a year old now they don’t even wanna do warranty on them this guy is a crook they never answer the phone they give you the runaround look good at the pictures I added it to see I’m not playing around and the dates
