Stay far away from.this company. I bought a new customized golf cart that took 6 months longer than promised after paying and then when I got it it was a rebuilt 2014 cart that has a suspension that was oxidized so pretty much have no shocks. When I tried to get things fixed they would never help.
This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I gave them opportunity after opportunity to do right by me. I would have given them 0 stars if could. Here's my story and hopefully they don’t con anyone else: I paid them to completely rebuilt my golf cart a 2007 Club Cart Precedent. They promised me it would be ready in 3 months. I bought my golf cart less than a year ago and I gave them an awesome review thinking that these guys were on our side and helping us out don’t be fooled. I was told my car had warranty from front to back as long as it was before a year. I left out of town for a month at the time I got back. The batteries didn’t hold charge and the charger wasn’t working. Incredible customer service! They helped me find the perfect cart to buy and fixed my old one quickly. Their rentals are also super clean and dependable.
This business has zero business etiquette and professionalism. For one We were looking for a gas golf cart when the rental came we were giving an electric then was told at the meet up that they were sold out of all gas. That’s why they provided me an electric. if you know, you offer two different types of golf carts, gas and electric you should always state Would you like gas or electric whether either one is sold out or not just to clarify what your clientele or client really wants.
