Just horrible in every way. From no tee times to premium prices for muni courses with Twin Oaks being the worst. The card is a waste if both cost and times are prohibitive. Found a Thursday time for $118 at 12:08 . Yeah let’s pay more than Arrowood, the Crossings, or pretty much every course in San Diego for a muni course with dried out fairways for twilight on a weekday. It’s laughable really. They use a booking service called Golf District. I booked a Tee Time at Twin Oaks weeks in advance through this service for myself and two of my employees. There was a heavy rain event in the days leading up to and also expected during the day of our play. I called the course the day before and was told the course would most likely not be open as the course would not be playable. Gone down big time!! Long time JC member, not renewing! No birthday round, price continues to go up, and all they can say and advertise is more courses! Who cares!! Welks all of the sudden from one week to the next got rid of the finish in 3.5 hours and get a discount on your next round deal..The new Director there at Welks is a jerk! Was rude and acting snobby! Overall JC has really lost its touch! I’ll stick with my Arrowood and TCI memberships I guess.

rb inn. beautiful course and in great condition but did not realize we were allowing 6-somes out there!! it doesn’t really matter though because i’m just joe shmoe enjoying a casual round. they are potential big money clients who could possibly host a tournament there! please fix this why are we allowing 6-somes who can barely make contact potentially host a tournament?? start discriminating in golf please i'm begging.
