No real experience with other duct cleaning companies, but I can speak from my experience interacting with JC Ductbusters Ltd. Super polite, friendly, and fast at what they do. Prompt, and pricing seems reasonably aligned with market rate. Went out of their way to diagnose other issues and showed proof of work by showing the sheer extent of dust and work they did. Great experience and communication. He was thorough and definitely got the ducts cleaned. So much dust! Would definitely hire him again.
First time I used this company was good, good price, second time couple years later, price TRIPLED! Service down. Asked dryer and bathroom vent cleaning, and real disaster … just blew dust in from roof into dryer and house … three days to settle, I’m still coughing … bathroom fan … again, just blue dust in from roof and into fan blades, dust for days .. still coughing. That being said, furnace ducts cleaning was good
