No real experience with other duct cleaning companies, but I can speak from my experience interacting with JC Ductbusters Ltd. Super polite, friendly, and fast at what they do. Prompt, and pricing seems reasonably aligned with market rate. Went out of their way to diagnose other issues and showed proof of work by showing the sheer extent of dust and work they did. First time I used this company was good, good price, second time couple years later, price TRIPLED! Service down. Asked dryer and bathroom vent cleaning, and real disaster … just blew dust in from roof into dryer and house … three days to settle, I’m still coughing … bathroom fan … again, just blue dust in from roof and into fan blades, dust for days .. still coughing. That being said, furnace ducts cleaning was good

Professional, responsive, and did solid work. Hard to find good contractors so I like to leave reviews for the good ones. Might not be cheapest but recommend. Had JC Ductbusters come out to clean a vertical dryer vent duct that some other companies don’t do. The last company didn’t do a good job so had Elyas from JC come out to remedy. Found a large clog the last duct company missed. Will use JC again.

The best duct cleaners I have ever used. They were thorough and competent. They cleaned my ducts and furnace and properly cleaned up after themselves. They also cleaned the chimney and checked the dryer vent for me and said was fine. I felt that they cared about the quality of their work. Not rush like others. Definitely will be calling them back.
